It’s all about the aloha…

My name is Logan Nahale, and I’m the founder and pastry chef for Aloha Delights.

Aloha means hello, goodbye, and is also a way to extend love to others, and that is exactly what I intend to do with my business. Growing up in Hawaii meant being surrounded by tropical flavors and simple, yet luscious treats that always “hit the spot”. Watching as people gathered around the table to join in a meal and “talk story”, really gave me such an appreciation for cooking.

I loved cooking for others so much that I decided to chase my dreams and attend the Culinary Arts program at Kapiolani Community College in Hawaii. I developed a great appreciation for a variety of desserts, custards, breads and pastries from the Pacific islands, Japan, France, Italy, Philippines, Germany, Finland, and so much more.

During my culinary journey in Hawaii, I was fortunate to work with a great pastry chef at Oahu Country Club, who encouraged me to be creative and incorporate the unique flavors of Hawaii in my desserts.

Since moving here to Colorado, I decided to keep sharing a little taste of Hawaii with my neighbors and coworkers, and founded Aloha Delights in Spring 2025. I hope to introduce these island treats in Colorado, one Aloha Delight at a time.
